Cherry Tree House, Stockport
MedicX Healthfund is funding the construction of a new purpose built, 81 bedroom care home in Romiley, a suburb of Stockport, Greater Manchester which is due to complete in September 2013.
The high specification property called Cherry Tree House will provide nursing care for elderly service users, including those with dementia and with high dependency nursing needs. It will be operated by London and Manchester Healthcare Limited, a niche operator of specialist nursing homes in the North West of England.
Cherry Tree House occupies a one acre site incorporating landscaped gardens and 21 car parking spaces.
